Excellent post OP! Thanks! |
Worked for me! If you try it, don't forget to say NO to "have you changed employers?". Thanks for the post. |
Worked for me. I'll be trying it next month in Las Vegas. See what kind of car I get! |
Worked great. |
Thanks OP. So how do we rent cars thru the Executive Aisle exactly? Do I book a fullsize car, but get upgraded to premium, while only paying a midsize rate? I'm quite confused. And can we use any coupon codes with Executive rentals? It seems all the coupon codes require other contract codes. |

I guess I should have brought you a cocktail so you could relax while you waited for others to do the search that was too much trouble for you to do. |
Minyan said:I had the same question as you did and I found the answer with no problem. No, by all means, just go ahead and leech off the forum without providing anything helpful in return. Your 52 posts have been of splendid help. I wonder how you consider that "help". If you had provided a link, or a specific section of the National website to search, that might have been helpful. |
CaptainAlias said:Minyan said:I had the same question as you did and I found the answer with no problem. You take the award for lazy, unappreciative, and nasty!!! Sorry the help I provided wasn't good enough, your highness. All you had to do is research the Emerald Aisle provisions of the National website. I didn't realize that you demand to be spoonfed with a direct link. Why don't you try contributing something to the board instead of being so nasty????? |

I have seen the extent of your contributions on Travel Deals, you have not contributed any useful info or any deals yourself and you have been a member for over 5 years, and then you want to quote a summery from FT while insulting a member here for giving info.I would have given the same answer as it takes about 30 seconds to find it.Or perhaps you should just switch over to FT if you find them more helpful.Have a nice day. |

Minya- please don't get discouraged when some of us get grumpy! (We are all guilty of it and I will be the first in line!!) Let us know what you find out! |

Really, and what contributions have you made to Travel Deals? What helpful posts have you made in Hot Deals? I wouldn't call "It's on the National website" giving info. |
mom2boys said:WOW! I read thru the exchange between you and Minyan who seems to be rather new and trying to help. An answer to your question might be found by calling National and asking them directly instead of relying on posts here if you are unable to find the info where Minyan told you. It is unreasonable to expect someone to link for you. You should be able to search using the info provided. If not, just call them and ask. I would call National, but it's generally faster and more efficient to glean information from other members who have more knowledge than I do on the matter, hence my question. Look at every single thread in Hot Deals or Travel Deals, or anything else. It's full of posts of people asking questions and seeking answers. Are they stupid questions? Perhaps sometimes. Are they obvious questions? Perhaps, yes as well, but it's in the spirit of the forum to share information with fellow FWers. Have I answered a hundred stupid repetitive questions from noobs asking what extra care bucks are? yes, but I don't go around negging their posts. And please note that Minyan negged my original question post even before I replied. You knew the answer, why not share it? Of course I'm going to get angry if Minyan says, "It's on the National website". If M knows, then why not share some information in the spirit of FW? I already checked the National website prior to asking my question, and watched both EA and ES intro videos, and didn't find them particularly helpful. Now I'm going to be renting from National in the next month, and I will be happy to share my experiences with my fellow FWers, if asked. |
