Sold a small computer item under $20. Buyer opened Not as described Dispute in Paypal without even contacting me, claiming item not worked on his computer.

I denied his request for full refund but did state in my reply message that I will issue full refund including shipping after he returns the product to me. The product was sent in sealed retail pacakge so apparently it is problem with compatibility with his hardware so I will not even bother to send him replacement for the hassle.

Then with no further update to the dispute, today he left great feedback about "PRODUCT WORKED GREAT"! -

I was worried that I will end up with a negative FB ruining my 100% postive FB so far. So that is a big relief. I would have paid him $40 for a postive, actually!

Some buyers on eBay are just amazing. -

what does the feedback have to do with the claim?

You may be lucky on this one , but they still cause the claim if they wanted to.
Feedback means nothing

What I meant is feedback he left for yo has NOTHING to do with filing a INR or SNAD
He could say perfect transaction in his positive to you and still file and win his claim with pp.

Maybe the buyer got the item to work.

OP I'm willing to sell you FB for $20 each.

Very funny. Actually it is not hard to get + FB, but hard to avoid - FB. -

Case automatically closed today due to buyer inaction. $ on hold reversed to my balance. -
