Hi - my account has been suspended by eBay, message below. I know I made a mistake by listing some Beta Codes for games on eBay, I had like 3 BINS, all were canceled same day and I was suspended. I need some help how to get it reinstated, I contacted their email, but got an auto-reply. I will be sending in the reinstatement form, anyone have experience in getting it reinstated, if it is possible, what is the likelihood it will happen and how quick. Thank you.

Your eBay account has been suspended for a minimum of seven days due to a violation of the eBay Copyright Violation - Unauthorized Item policy. We suspended your account after carefully considering each violation and verifying that the correct action was taken.

Copyright infringement is unlawful and against eBay's policies. Copyright is the protection provided by law to the authors of creative works, such as movies, music, software, photographs and books, both published and unpublished. Copyright owners possess the exclusive right to reproduce the copyrighted work, to distribute copies of the copyrighted work, and to perform or display the copyrighted work publicly.

eBay prohibits the listing of unauthorized copies of copyrighted works. Unauthorized copies include (but are not limited to) backup, pirated, duplicated, or bootlegged copies.

wait 7 days and then reply to you suspension message that you have learned your lesson and will never sell beta codes again... or crap like that... you will get reinstated

keep in mind 2nd suspension will be 30days,,... and 3rd suspension will be forever

Call them, email and chat are a waste of time.

Alright - thanks , I do have the option to call them recently that was added and I think it is because last month I had sales that qualified me as a powerseller.

ok I can't call them - since my account is frozen, i cant create the PIN to call them.

i still have not heard from that dept. - how long does it take? I refaxed them yesterday

I got my account reinstated - I had a VERO violation - after several weeks of e-mailing it finally work - I guess it took two weeks in total.

they check the ip so you need to ask them again to reinstate the other accounts, next time you get suspend they'll suspend all of them again, on the reinstatement form add the other IDs
