a friend of mine and I decided to start giving each other fruitcake for the holidays (the same one, recycled year after year).. then the kids decided I was just playing when I explained after I opened it & wanted to hoard it all to myself, so they cut it up & attempted to eat it (first year of the cycle). To quote one of them "it doesn't taste very nice" Now I have to buy a fruitcake for my friend instead of regifting! |

My grandparents used to sneak those into gifts from time to time, and us kids always enjoyed getting a $2 bill. Also, you have to go out of your way (just a bit) to get $2 bills, so it's not like hitting an ATM for $20s to dole out in envelopes for gifts. |
