Iceland in HUGE trouble. Their currency is in freefall. They are trying to peg it. UK may sue them for bank deposits, and froze some of their assets. What will an iceland BK mean for us? |

Russia (of all places!) is bailing them out: $4B for Iceland |
Meltdown in Iceland. Could be just the tip of the iceberg. |
Global warming? And the Icelanders laughed at me getting 2.25% interest. |
Maybe FWFer can gang together and buy Iceland... Business ideas.. - Passports for $20k each - H&B - Casinos - Table dance, baby! all we need is some AORs. |
I had one of those CDs @ Everbank. Made about 12% interest, but of course the Kronur tanked soon after I bought and I lost 25% of my money overall. Wheeee! |

I have a better idea: pipe all that fresh water from the meltdown and sell it to water starved areas of the US such as SoCal, southern states like Georgia, any place that needs it and can aford it, etc. Profit. If Picken's think water is the next boom, I say let's start pooling our money together to get this done. (As I type this, I'm not thinking of quiting my day job |
