I applied for the Discover card deal couple weeks ago. Used it once. Got the Garmin NUVI 200 from Amazon. Returned it for Amazon gift card credit. I got $154 back today! That's after the return shipping fee. Apparently the NUVI 200 is costing $159.99 nowaday. Excellent. |

Excellent. Cool idea! Did customer service give you any hard time when you called for schedule a return? Please follow up on your experience in a month or so. I wonder weather they'll realize that this was a promo item and try to do something about it. |

Got my $154 GC from Amazon today, I just did the automated return thing from my account and UPS came to pick it up (Amazon scheduled it automatically). Never dealt with an actual CSR person. I think people have been doing the return thing for several months now. And it's not really a promo item, at least not from Amazon anyway, they've been paid, not much different than when folks exchange gifts back to the stores after xmas.. |

Did they tell you when the UPS guy will come and pick it up? When I go through the process, it said that UPS usually will come to pick up within 3 business days? I just do not want wait at home everyday. Thanks. |

Sweet! So does the best valued deal right now seem to be the dvd player? (if one can return for credit to Amazon). Are they all distributed through Amazon? Also, I found this other link for a Discover BUSINESS card, in case someone was planning an AOR. The app reads "apply now and get $100 CashBack bonus**" however I do not see where the details are for the **. Link to Business Application w/$100 cashback |

I have applied for the credit card (Canon camera offer) a month ago and had used the card 10 days back. I am still not seeing the order in the status link provided. Is there a CS Ph # I can contact to enquire about the camera? Did anyone face similar situation? Thanks thanksop |

Thanks thanksop Just wait. 10 days is too soon. Be patient. Remember that it may take 6-10 weeks to receive the gift. I think I got an e-mail notifying me that I qualify for the gift about 2-3 weeks after I've used the card. |

I posted this on another thread, but didn't receive a response... I applied for a Garmin Nuvi 200 in June and received it. Last week, after waiting more than 90 day, I applied for a different Discover offer (the DVD Player / Amazon GC one) for a different credit card. I was rejected. When I called to ask why, I was told I could only apply for a new Discover card after 10 months - not 30/45/90 days. Is this something new? Is there anyone else who was able to reapply sooner than 10 months? |

All the offers are dead.. anyone know of any new offers? I got a digital camera and waiting for a Nintendo DS.. can you say "free xmas presents?" Went online to sign up for another one, and they are all not available anymore.. guess too many people applied and then cancelled the card.. bummer! |

Dead? NOOOOOOO!!! I've been waiting my 90 days. These were my favorite offers - so simple. Thanks to all for keeping this thread updated. |
