drivers edge and home rebate have a capped fee of 75$. rest of the cards on citi seem to either be uncapped, or 250/75$ cap.

This one actually has no fees at all.


can't really answer ur other 2 questions. i wouldn't call citi and ask personally. I would just take the awesome bt offer before it disappears like all the other 0 fee citi bts. I would imagine the system is similar to the ATT co-branded citicard.

Home rebate through cardoffer.com is no fee 0% bt

asked me to wait 30 days and wait for mail to come... i think it may be due to my high BT already at $57000..... hope it is ok.

With CITI you can request a check and depost it in your checking/MM account and use the money for whatever you want.

As long as you've never had a citi checking (/savings?) acct, you're eligible for the $200 offer. I think the MVS4 code actually requires a Citi credit card.
