bump... I modified QS slightly to account for the recent WAMU/CHASE merger.... It's official: Credit lines from WAMU can now move to CHASE credit lines (personal movement has been confirmed thus far) |

Saw WaMu card pop up under my chase account a couple of days ago. I don't think it was assigned a particular Chase cc type (e.g., Freedom, Rewards, etc.). A big question is if consolidation/CLR is already possible or are WaMu cards going to sit in a separate "bucket" for a while. |

CSR told me on phone you can CLR from personal to personal and business to business, but not personal to business. However, I seem to recall reading somewhere on FW that someone had achieved personal to business. |

bump... I'll take a long look at the QS tomorrow morning. I am certain that many of the CLI and reallocation comments in there are outdated. Meanwhile, if you care to update QS with new data (ie AMEX no longer reallocates online, CHASE has stopped also), feel free... |

Issuer of the day… AMEX: Changed reallocation option to ‘NO’ Removed reference to the IN:NY card types Removed Has anyone tried the new American Express CL increase form? Removed Back again!! Get $250 statement credit for opening Amex Gold Business or Platinum Cash Rebate cards Removed from Special Offers section the following “occasional $ for $ CLI on BT for existing cardmembers” Added AMEX cuts credit lines Added AMEX Starwood Points or Miles? Also cleaned up a few redundant comments Can anyone confirm the following? Is the max credit line for new accounts just $25,000? QS for AMEX now looks like this....
AMEX

National City (Nat City) might reallocate based on this 2008 post. I called and was told to contact the credit department directly because it is possible for some cards. Credit department direct line to ninjas = 800-762-0974 open M-F from 8-7pm & Sat 8-12pm EST
I have a brand new lifespring card and a 2007 card from my inaugural AOR. I'll report back my reallocation experience at a later date. |

scripta said:does anybody have any more recent experience with BofA reallocation?I was able to reallocate 20K from a BofA card (which will soon have an annual fee) to a FIA Schwab card this week. Front-line rep was able to perform the task, and I did not have to speak with a credit specialist. |
